MILWAUKEE — Police are on the scene of an active shooter at MillerCoors Headquarters in Milwaukee.
Sources told WISN 12 News at least two people were killed.
Those sources also said the suspected shooter was a former MillerCoors employee.
The scene is near North 35th Street and West Highland Boulevard.
The call came in about 2:15 p.m. Wednesday.
Investigators described the scene as an “active situation.”
They warned the public to avoid the area of the 4000 block of West State Street.
A Milton teacher retiring Jan. 16 paid a $365 fine and is paying $5,705 in restitution for defecating on a building in a public park for more than 2 years.
Jeffrey S. Churchwell, 60, Elkhorn, has been defecating — sometimes multiple times per day — outside of and on a building at Natureland Park in the town of Whitewater, according to Walworth County Sheriff’s Office reports obtained by Adams Publishing Group through an open records request.
WISN 12 News spoke to the man, Calmonta Harris, who chased after the robber.
Harris said he was there getting gas and his sister was working inside the Speedway when it happened. He said his sister ran out screaming and crying.
“[My sister] said, ‘Brother, brother, the man just robbed me. The man just robbed me.’ I said, ‘What man?’ She said, ‘The man right there,'” Harris said. “The man was running across the street, so I got in my car and chased him.”
The video shows Harris hit the man with his car.
Harris then gets out of the car, beats the man with his fists and drags him. The video shows Harris then go back to his car, pull out a tool, and strike the robber with it, all while demanding to see the robber’s gun he implied he had.

Thanks to freshly fallen snow Sunday, police were able to track the suspect to a vacant home where they found a window broken out and blood on the ground. That’s when they called a SWAT team

A 17-year-old girl is being praised for her “remarkable” actions after surveillance video showed her opening her mosque and ushering in students running from an alleged stabbing at their Wisconsin high school.
Duaa Ahmad, a senior at Oshkosh West High School, could be seen holding open the door to Oshkosh Ahmadiyya Muslims mosque and ushering in dozens before she herself went in.
“I just felt like I did what had to be done,” Ahmad told ABC News in a telephone interview on Wednesday.
