Police arrested a teacher accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a student.
The student contacted police earlier this month to say she had been in an 8-month long relationship with Jose Eduardo Hernandez, her high school teacher, beginning in January of 2019.
According to arrest papers, the victim told investigators she was 16-years-old when the two began having sex.
Additionally, the victim told officers Hernandez “would take photographs and videos of their sexual acts on his cell phone.” He also sent her the pictures and videos through Snapchat, according to court documents.
A Milton teacher retiring Jan. 16 paid a $365 fine and is paying $5,705 in restitution for defecating on a building in a public park for more than 2 years.
Jeffrey S. Churchwell, 60, Elkhorn, has been defecating — sometimes multiple times per day — outside of and on a building at Natureland Park in the town of Whitewater, according to Walworth County Sheriff’s Office reports obtained by Adams Publishing Group through an open records request.
DORAL, Fla. – A Doral teacher was arrested Friday after police were notified by school officials that she was having sex with one of her 15-year-old students.
Desiree Christina Cartin Rodriguez of Doral was charged with two counts of lewd and lascivious battery.
Detectives spoke with the 15-year-old who told them that he had been having sexual relations with Mrs. Rodriguez. The student told police the relationship began in late August of 2019. According to the victim, he would stay in Rodriguez’s classroom during lunch hours and after school where they kissed on two separate occasions. He said the teacher would also pick him up at his home in her car and they would “engage in sexual conduct.” He stated that Rodriguez performed oral sex on him. The incident was captured on video by the teenager’s cellphone, which was provided to police.
After reviewing the video, detectives confirmed that the individuals were clearly identified as the 15-year-old student and Rodriguez.
DUMFRIES, Va. – A Prince William County teacher who allegedly pulled a chair out from under an 8-year-old student has been charged with assault.
Police say the incident occurred on Dec. 5 at Mary Williams Elementary School in Dumfries.
After an investigation by both Child Protective Services and police, Bobbi Jean Oakes, 29, of Stafford was charged with assault and battery.
MASON, MI. (WILX) — A Mason High School student turned to the police alleging a teacher assaulted her during school hours because she supports President Donald Trump.
Sadie Earegood told NEWS 10 that the teacher involved was Paul Kato.
Paul Kato is the media technology teacher at the high school. Students say that he has not been in school since the alleged incident on Dec. 5, but Mason Schools has not confirmed that.
Earegood claims she was assaulted by Kato when he ripped her “Women For Trump” pin from her shirt.
