DAVIS COUNTY, Utah — Two Davis County police departments are warning about a man who has apparently exposed himself to children at multiple lemonade stands.
… One parent said he stayed in his car, and her daughter walked up to the passenger side window with lemonade.
“At that time, he spilled the juice on an area and told my daughter, ‘Can you go get a napkin? I spilled,'” said Megan Seegmiller. “And when my daughter looked down, he exposed himself to my daughter.”
She found out this isn’t the first exposing incident in the area; Farmington Police took three reports in June where a man exposed himself at lemonade stands in different places.
Between the three incidents, eight children ages two to 12 years old were victimized, Farmington Police indicated.
The Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office released a graphic video with audio from the original 911 call and graphic body cam video.
BODEGA BAY (KPIX) – New body cam video shows the night when a YouTube software engineer allegedly went on a drug-fueled rampage in Bodega Bay.
Behtie Koffi allegedly took 4 doses of LSD before the violent attacks. Witnesses said the 32-year-old became delusional and punched, choked and stabbed several friends before taking off from a place they were staying, to a nearby home.
Police shot Koffi at least three times. He was airlifted to a hospital and survived his injuries.
CASHION, Okla. — A 65-year-old woman is charged after body camera video shows her interaction with a police officer when she refused to sign a ticket that would’ve cost her $80.
Debra Hamil was not willing to pay up when a police officer issued an $80 ticket for a broken tail light.
When the officer asked her to step out of her vehicle, she refused and drove off, leading the officer on a brief pursuit.
Hamil eventually pulled over in a parking lot, and the officer approached her vehicle with a gun. The officer then pulled Hamil out of her truck, and she was caught on camera kicking him and resisting arrest.
OKLAHOMA CITY – A puppy was tossed into a dumpster like a bag of trash, and it was all caught on camera.
“I saw a female lady that had taken a dog by the neck, walked it across the parking lot, carrying it and chucked it into the dumpster,” said C.R. Head.
Head is the property manger at the Red Rose Apartments in northwest Oklahoma City. He was shocked when he went back to look at surveillance video from last Tuesday.
“It’s very disturbing, you know. They left it there for about 10 -15 minutes, crawled back in the dumpster, threw the dog back on the ground,” he said.
