School Ignores 4th grader ‘rape’ 9-year-old girl at playground in Maryland – WATCH

The father of a 9-year-old girl alleged to have suffered a sexual offense at the hands of a 4th-grade boy on the playground at Gale-Bailey Elementary spoke out on Friday.

“The first couple of weeks were rough. She didn’t sleep at all, and she was having nightmares when she did doze off,” he says. The man asked we not reveal his name to protect the identity of his child, but he wants people to know what he claims happened at the end of October was far from child’s play.

He describes it this way: “Very graphic, physical, the word rape was used. It was bad.” And yet he says when the girls reported what happened nobody at the school took it seriously.
